After completing my undergraduate degree in Psychology in Germany, I saw a master's program in Brazil as an opportunity to deepen my studies in this area and become a specialist. Upon arriving in Brazil, I began to delve into Strategic People Management, an essential area for serving institutions that seek to prepare their expatriates. In my second year in Brazil, I began my master's studies with an analysis of the learning process that supports cultural adaptation, demonstrating the importance of developing socio-emotional skills for cultural transitions. Subsequently, in my doctoral studies, I developed a model for managing cultural diversity in organizations, indicating a shared responsibility for the success of missions abroad among the organization, team, and individual. Also during my doctoral studies, due to the revalidation of my diploma in Brazil, I had the opportunity to participate in a group that provided services to international students at the University of Brasília. And after my doctorate, I further deepened my knowledge through a clinical specialization in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. Thus, the various specializations and studies allow me to serve international students, expatriates and their organizations, and immigrants with a solid scientific foundation.
