Discover how cognitive-behavioral therapy can help you face the emotional challenges of immigration with clarity, well-being, and purpose.

Moving to a new country means rebuilding your own story in a different cultural context. This journey give you opportunities for growth, but also emotional challenges such as fear of failure, uncertainty about adaptation, and feelings of not belonging.
As a psychologist with specialization in cultural transitions and immigration, my mission is to support your process of emotional adaptation, helping you understand the impact of change and transform this experience into growth. In psychotherapy, we work together to explore these feelings and transform them into learning and strengthening yourself.
In Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we work together in a structured and collaborative way. From the very first sessions, we identify specific goals and create practical strategies to address thoughts and behaviors that may be hindering your adaptation. Throughout the process, I help you recognize cognitive patterns that influence your emotions, challenge rigid beliefs, and develop coping skills that strengthen your confidence and autonomy.
My role is to offer you clarity, direction and emotional support along the way — balancing technique and sensitivity so that you feel safe to welcome your emotions, reframe experiences, and develop a healthier relationship with yourself and with your new cultural environment. Psychotherapy is, above all, a space to reconnect with who you are and who you are becoming.
Book your session and allow yourself to navigate the experience of living between cultures with more confidence, balance, and authenticity.
