Living your exchange program with confidence and purpose.

Studying in another country is an academic opportunity and a journey of self-discovery and adaptation. Each discovery, challenge, and change is part of the process of learning to feel at home in a new cultural context.

Often, this journey can also bring up moments of insecurity, loneliness, or doubts about belonging. It's normal to feel torn between taking advantage of the opportunities the new environment offers and feeling homesick.

As a psychologist with specialization in cultural transitions and immigration, my role is to help you understand and cope with these emotional challenges in a healthy way. Together, we can transform the adaptation process into an experience of personal empowerment and emotional balance.

In Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we work together in a practical and collaborative way to identify the thoughts and behaviors that are hindering your adaptation. From there, we build strategies to increase self-confidence, manage anxiety, and strengthen your support network: both at university and outside of it. Throughout the process, you will learn to recognize your thought patterns, to be flexible with beliefs that limit growth, and to develop essential socio-emotional skills for living and learning across cultures.

Psychotherapy is a safe space to embrace your emotions, reframe experiences, and reconnect with your goals. Allow yourself to live this international experience with more clarity, balance, and authenticity.

Schedule your session and strengthen your journey as an international student.
